• Undertook and analyzed Flood Vulnerability study for Dholera Special Investment Region.
• Completed Environment Impact Assessment study for Dholera Special Investment Region.
• Has undertaken consultant empanelment exercise.
• Approved Concession Agreement and RFP ( Request for Proposal ) document of 8 Rail Over Bridges to be developed on PPP ( annuity model ) in the State.
• Completed Regional Rail System, Ahmedabad study for extended corridor.
• Approved draft rules under Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act,1999 and Gujarat Infrastructure Development (Ammendment) Act,2006.
• Recommended the proposal to set up green field LNG Terminal with FSRU project near Jafrabad under LNG Terminal Policy-2012.
• Approved Flood Mitigation studies for Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR)
• Approved Town Planning Scheme No.3,4,5 and 6 of Dholera SIR.
• Approved Town Planning Scheme No.1 and 2 of Gujarat Petroleum and Petrochemical Special Investment Region.
• Constituted Dispute Settlement Forum under Gujarat Special Investment Region Act,2009.
• Approved draft concession agreement for Dahej Port to be developed by M/s Sterling Port Ltd.
• Approved feasibility study for the viability of Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition centre including budget hotel at Mahatma Mandir.
• Approved in-principle upto 20% Viability Gap Funding for the construction of additional two lane for Dakore-Sevalia road, four laning of Chirai-Anjar Road and additional two lane for Surat-Olpad-Kim road.
• Approved in-principle four laning of Rajkot-Morbi road and submit the proposal to Government of India for Viability Gap Funding.
• Approved Development Charges for Dholera Special Investment Region.
