  • Amendments in the Hazira Port Concession agreement and Sub Concession agreement for the development Bulk General Cargo Terminal at Hazira.
  • Recommended Draft concession agreement for the development of Multi Purpose Stadium and Recreation Complex at Kankaria, Ahmedabad.
  • Amendments in the concession agreement for Bagodara-Vataman-Tarapur-Vasad Road.
  • Bid document and draft concession agreement for State Highways to be developed on PPP annuity basis under competitive public bidding route.
  • In-principle approval to the proposal submitted by the private sector developer under section 10 of the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999 for five Road Over Bridges to be developed on the alignment of Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor.
  • In principle approval to the proposal received from the private sector developer for setting up of Mini Micro Hydel Power Generation projects at Dolatpura weir and Karjan ( 3 locations ) under section 10 of the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act,1999.
  • Prepared Model Concession Agreement for the development of Tourism sector projects under PPP mode.
  • In-principle approval to Suigam-Sindhada and Chirai-Anjar road to be developed under PPP mode. Sanction was also accorded for viability gap fund under State Scheme.
  • Sanction was accorded to contribute in the feasibility study expenses for Pune-Ahmedabad high speed passenger train corridor project to be implemented by the Ministry of Railways.
  • Preparation of Industrial Water Policy for the state.
  • Board has organized 3 Capacity Building Programmes for State Government and it agency officers on PPP in this year. Total 21 programmes organized and 631 officers have participated.
  • As a part of Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development, a novel concept of Smart Cities have been introduced and Sanand – Changodar and Dahej have been considered as pilot projects by two Japanese Companies, feasibility studies has been completed by them and they are looking forward to implement the same with the help of the State Government.
  • The State Government has planned to develop 12 Special Investment Region (s) (SIR) out of which 5 SIR are notified and remaining seven are under consideration. The effective organization structure for 5 notified SIR (s) are also in place.
  • The draft development plan for Dholera SIR has already been published to invite suggestions and objections. Draft Development Plan of Dholera SIR is expected to be finalized in short future.
