M/s Ahmedabad Mehsana Toll Road Company Limited (AMTRL)

(A special purpose vehicle) was promoted by Government of Gujarat (GoG) and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS), specifically for the purpose of developing and implementing Ahmedabad Mehsana Road Project under Built, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis. Annual and Periodic Maintenance (including renewal and overlay) for next 30 years also to be carried out by AMTRL. The construction of Ahmedabad Mehsana Toll Road commenced on 1st May 2000 and the project achieved substantial completion on 20th November 2002. The project was commissioned on February 20, 2003 within budgeted cost of Rs. 300 Crores and 8 months ahead of schedule.


M/s Vadodara Halol Toll Road Company Limited (VHTRL)

(A special purpose vehicle) was promoted by Government of Gujarat (GoG) and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) specifically for the purpose of developing and implementing Vadodara Halol Road Project under Built, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis. Annual and Periodic Maintenance (including renewal and overlay) for next 30 years also to be carried out by VHTRL. The construction of Vadodara Halol Toll Road commenced on 1st March 1999 and the project achieved substantial completion on 15th September 2000. The Toll Operations commenced on 24th October 2000. The project has been completed within budgeted cost and time.


M/s Ranjit Projects Pvt Ltd

(A special purpose vehicle) was granted concession for Build Operate and Transfer Project of Chhayapuri ROB. The Concessionaire is entitled to collect toll at a rate specified from time to time and published in Gazette from the users of facility except from the exempted category of vehicles as defined in Fee Notification.


M/s JMC-B&R Infra-Bharat Deesa Toll Road Pvt. Ltd

(A special purpose vehicle) was granted concession for Build Operate and Transfer Project of Deesa- Panthawada- Gundari Road. The Concessionaire is entitled to collect toll at a rate specified from time to time and published in Gazette from the users of facility except from the exempted category of vehicles as defined in Fee Notification.


M/s MSK (Himatnagar Bypass) Pvt. Ltd

(A special purpose vehicle) was granted concession for Build Operate and Transfer Project of Himatnagar Bypass Road. The Concessionaire is entitled to collect toll at a rate specified from time to time and published in Gazette from the users of facility except from the exempted category of vehicles as defined in Fee Notification.


Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway:

Gujarat is the first State to initiate construction of an express way in the country. The Ahmedabad-Vadodara express way, which is 93 kms in length is presently under operation. The land for the express way was acquired in a record time of approximately one year. Due to some contractual problems, the work on the express way was delayed, which have, however, was resolved, and it has been decided to complete construction of the balance work on a BOT basis. The express way has been conceived as a six lane carriage way, with all structures and earth work planned for provision of six lanes while the carriage way in the initial phase will be four lane. All inter sections have been conceived as grade separated, with four inter-changes planned, two at the entry and exit at Ahmedabad and Vadodara and two additional at entry/exit at Nadiad and Anand.


Surat-Vapi Expressway:

The Govt. of Gujarat has invited proposals for the Surat Vapi Expressway. Land acquisition has been initiated.
